Bad vampire movie with bad special effects and Meatloaf (yes the fat singer with a mullet). I'm not sure if this based on a video game or not (probably), but it's got that sort of stupid feel to it. Go find this medallion and kill a bunch of vampires to get to the next level, etc… Add in some bad acting, and you've got yourself a quality bad movie.
