Chopper

Australian movie, based on real life character, about this guy who basically looks at killing drug dealers and other scum as his mission in life. He's very matter of fact about it and apologizes and gives people advanced warning before doing it. So it's partly comical, and partly brutal slayings. This move is pretty darn good in my eyes. Well done and the characters are very believable. Good special effects for the most part. And watch the interviews with the guy the movie is based on – it's very entertaining. Highly recommended.
