Zombie Island Massacre

Old early 80s movie about a bunch of random American couples vacationing in the Caribbean. They pay to go to this voodoo black mass. Things start to get freaky when the Americans keep getting picked off one by one. They try to find safety in a house but the house is owned by this creepy old guy who ends up being a drug runner. One of the Americans was actually there to make some sort of drug transaction with the old guy, but that doesn’t come out until later. There really aren’t any zombies to speak of, just some of the villagers trying to kill white folks. The Americans just think there are zombies since the voodoo sort of looked like it was a sort of zombie thing. This movie shouldn’t be high on your list, but it does have more nudity in it than I expected at the beginning.
